Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

22MommeSilk provides global free-duty service to eliminate the worries of your international shopping.

All applicable import duties are included in the final price to the following destinations: EU (other than Canary Islands), United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Hong Kong SAR, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon and Bahrain.

All taxes and fees are included: The price you pay already includes VAT (Value Added Tax), so you do not need to pay any additional import taxes or customs clearance fees.

In the rare case that your package is unexpectedly charged VAT or customs duties, please proceed with the payment first and contact us at info@22mommesilk.com with the receipt. We will review and process the reimbursement for you as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

We ship most items within 2-3 business days. You will get an email notification with your tracking information once your order is on its way. Note we may choose to split your order into several packages, and those may be shipped on separate days. In that case, you will not be charged extra for additional shipments.

Rarely, if an item is no longer in stock, it may be removed from your order before shipping. You will get an email to let you know if this happens. Of course, we will not charge you for these items.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order ships. Note it may take the shipping company 24-48 hours to update your shipping information.

Why are items in my order shipped in separate packages?

Usually, we try to have all your items shipped together. Despite that, we may choose to split your order to ensure you get it sooner. If that happens, you'll get a separate tracking number for every package. Don't worry - even if we send multiple packages, we'll never charge you more than the shipping cost you saw during checkout.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse the delivery of an order, 22MommeSilk is not responsible for lost packages that may occur as a result.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you input your shipping address incorrectly, 22MommeSilk is not responsible for any delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

22MommeSilk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, the receiver will need to contact the shipper to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on shipper's end. If the shipper determines that your package was delivered we are unable to reship or refund your order. Kindly note, in some cases, the shipper may require a police report to open an investigation.
